Welcome to Service Loop Electrical (“SLE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of SLE’s websites, programs, memberships, communities, trainings, workshops, events, SMS program, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or using any Services, you (“Client,” “Member,” “User,” or “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and the documents incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy.
If a product-specific agreement or addendum conflicts with these Terms, that addendum controls for the relevant product or service.
1. Important note about website content
The information and content on our websites (collectively, “Content”) are for general educational and informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, features, pricing, availability, or other Content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.
2. Acceptance of terms and monitoring
By using our websites or Services, you accept the most recent version of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
You acknowledge that activity on our websites may be monitored subject to applicable law, and SLE may use monitoring results for security, compliance, and service improvement.
3. Eligibility and commercial use
You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), have capacity to contract, and are using the Services for business or commercial purposes (not personal, family, or household use).
4. License to use the website and ownership
SLE grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access and view the website solely to evaluate or use our Services. All rights, title, and interest in the websites and Content—including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets—remain with SLE and its licensors.
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant SLE a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without obligation. This does not override how we handle personal information under our Privacy Policy.
5. Services, deliverables, and third-party tools
We provide specialized coaching, training, and resources for electrical service professionals and contractors. Specific deliverables, schedules, and access levels are described in your program agreement or membership terms (if applicable). Some Services use third-party platforms such as payment processors or community tools. You are responsible for complying with those platforms’ terms and policies.
6. Fees, billing, renewals, and refunds
Payment obligation: You agree to pay all fees, setup charges, installments, renewals, and applicable taxes. Payment plans are for convenience only and do not reduce the total price. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the full fee is owed even if paid in installments.
Automatic renewal (memberships): Memberships may renew automatically at the then-current rate unless you cancel before renewal under the applicable membership terms.
Late or failed payments: We may suspend or terminate access after any applicable grace period. Incentives or bonuses may also be forfeited.
Refunds: Refunds are available only if explicitly stated in a program-specific guarantee or required by law.
7. Acceptable use and external links
You agree to use the Services lawfully and responsibly. Prohibited activities include illegal conduct, malware, spam, harassment, privacy or intellectual property violations, unauthorized access, or service disruption.
Our websites may include links to third-party websites. SLE does not control or endorse third-party content and is not responsible for your dealings with these websites. We encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.
8. Intellectual property and your content
SLE intellectual property: All course materials, videos, frameworks, documents, software, graphics, and other Content are the property of SLE. You are granted a limited license for internal business use only. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Your content: You retain ownership of original content you provide. You grant SLE a limited license to use, transform, and display such content as needed to deliver the Services and for internal quality or training purposes.
9. Disclaimers
The Services, websites, and all Content are provided “as is” and “as available.” SLE makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that Content is accurate, complete, current, or reliable; that the websites will be uninterrupted or error-free; or that any files are free of viruses or other destructive code. You are responsible for implementing adequate safeguards to protect your devices and data.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SLE and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the total fees you paid to SLE for the Services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event. Some jurisdictions restrict these limitations, in which case they apply to the fullest extent allowed by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold SLE harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Dispute resolution and arbitration
Informal resolution: Email [email protected] and participate in good-faith discussions for at least 15 business days before filing a claim.
Binding arbitration: If the dispute is not resolved, it shall be submitted to binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS. Arbitration will be seated in Cheyenne, Wyoming, or conducted remotely at SLE’s discretion where lawful. The prevailing party may recover reasonable costs and attorneys’ fees.
Class action and jury trial waiver: All disputes must be resolved individually. You waive participation in class or collective actions and the right to a jury trial.
Equitable relief: SLE may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property, confidential information, or enforce non-circumvention terms.
13. Privacy and data protection
Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy available at https://serviceloopelectrical.com/privacy-policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
14. Force majeure
Neither party will be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government actions, cyberattacks, labor disputes, or internet outages. Obligations resume once the event ends.
15. Modifications, entire agreement, and miscellaneous terms
SLE may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, along with incorporated documents and any product-specific addenda, form the entire agreement between you and SLE and replace all prior agreements relating to the Services.
Severability: If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations without SLE’s written consent. SLE may assign its rights to an affiliate or successor.
No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it in the future.
Notices: SLE may provide notices by email, through platform messages, or by other reasonable means.
16. SMS program terms
SLE’s SMS program sends notifications, alerts, and occasional marketing messages to users who opt in.
