Hey I’m Clayton Neumeyer, but I go by Clay. And I wanna share with you how this came together.

I was a young punk with more ambition than experience.

Started my first business way too early, thought I had it all figured out.

By 22, I'd failed so hard I pulled the last $6,600 out of my business account and stuffed it inside my Xbox. I didn't tell my team. I didn't tell my friends. I was just scared of the IRS, of freezing accounts, of everything collapsing.

I stood in line behind my guys at the bank as they cashed their final paychecks. They didn't know it was over. I did.

That moment nearly broke me. The only reason it didn't? I had a baby girl and I knew I couldn't quit.

So I started over. This time as an Electrician.

No ego, no shortcuts. Just learning discipline, pricing, projects, and leadership the hard way by living it.

I went back into the field as an apprentice again. And as I rebuilt, I started to feel it: One day, I'd help other electricians avoid the hell I'd gone through.

I just didn't know when.

That moment came when I met Joseph Lucanie. He'd sold over $5 million from the front seat of his van and had coached thousands of techs around the world.
